Job Profile : It is primarily a Marketing job. The LIC DSE help to producing new business, providing LIC Policy servicing and related jobs from the areas alloted to them. Good working knowledge of English and also one Regional language preferably local language is desirable.

Eligibility & Conditions
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India. Preference may be given to those applicants who possess who possess the Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Management

Selection
LIC Direct Sales Executives will be made on the basis of written test if necessary,followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in written test. Elegible candidates will be called for an interview. The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called .
Written Test Date & Paper Patern
DSE 2010 written test will be objective type covering sales aptitude, Test of Reasonning,Numerical Ability and Genral Knowledge.
Remuneration: DSE will be entirely performance based , and monthly. An amount of Rs. 25,000/- per month will be payable on achieving the business parameters, as prescribed in the Scheme. However, the same can be higher or lower, depending upon the business performance.
There is no upper limit to earn the remuneration based on performance.
